1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Herbe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. ABOUT HERBE

Herbe is an online store based in Pakistan selling 100% organic and natural wellness products, including Organic Hair Oil and Nervous System Brain Booster. All products are made from natural herbal ingredients.

3. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

  • All product descriptions, ingredients, and benefits are written honestly and to the best of our knowledge.
  • Product images may slightly differ from actual packaging due to batch updates.
  • Herbe products are wellness supplements and herbal care products — they are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Results may vary from person to person depending on individual health, lifestyle, and consistency of use.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Orders can be placed through our website.
  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Herbe reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

5. DELIVERY POLICY

  • We deliver within Pakistan only.
  • Delivery to major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) typically takes 2–4 days if stock is ready otherwise orders delivered on production of fresh stock.
  • Remote areas may take longer.
  • Delivery charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.
  • Herbe is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted if the product has been opened or used.
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it at no extra cost.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Cash on Delivery orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason may be blocked from future orders.

  • Herbe products are made from natural herbal ingredients and are generally safe for use.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a medical condition, consult your doctor before using any supplement.
