HERBE — SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 21/05/2026 Delivery Area: Pakistan Only


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (depending upon stock availibility) after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high order volumes.


3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 3500.
  • Standard shipping charges of PKR 200 apply on orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • Shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
  • Payment is made directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Please have the exact amount ready to avoid any inconvenience.
  • COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason may result in the customer being blocked from future COD orders.

5. ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be sent to your WhatsApp or phone number.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier company's website using this ID.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. COURIER PARTNERS

Herbe ships through trusted Pakistani courier services including:

  • TCS
  • PostEx
  • Pakistan Post (for remote areas)

The courier is selected based on your location and availability.


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times at your provided address.
  • If delivery fails both times due to wrong address or unavailability, the order will be returned to us.
  • In case of a returned order, re-shipping charges will apply for resending.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing the order.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your order arrives damaged, take a photo immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free replacement after verifying the damage.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and either resend the order or issue a full refund.
  • Herbe is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the courier company, but we will do our best to resolve every issue.

9. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

  • Herbe is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
  • Please double-check your delivery details before confirming your order.

10. REMOTE AREA DELIVERIES

  • Some remote or rural areas in Pakistan may have limited courier coverage.
  • In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or pickup point.
  • Delivery to remote areas may take longer than the standard timeframe.

11. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & DELAYS

  • Deliveries are not made on national public holidays in Pakistan.
  • During peak seasons such as Eid, Ramadan, or sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.
  • We appreciate your patience during such times.
